We process orders Monday through Friday (Pacific Time). Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.

• If no one is available at delivery, a notice may be left for pickup or re‑delivery.

Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@nuvayo.com.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Approved cancellations made before processing/shipment will incur a $0.50 cancellation fee to cover restocking and payment processor charges.
