Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if we cannot fulfill your request, we may not be able to proceed with your order.


ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us at cs@nuvayo.com.  For the fastest response, please include your order number.

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that if you cancel the order before it is processed or shipped, a $0.50 cancellation fee will be applied.

Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


RETURNS

We accept returns if you notify us by email at cs@nuvayo.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.

Return Timeframe: You must contact us within 90 days of receiving your package (based on the tracking information).

To process your return, please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The name and email address used to place the order

  • The reason for the return

REFUNDS

If your product does not meet your expectations or has issues, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is completely non-functional.

  • If your product is not delivered within 90 days from the order date.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Who Pays for Shipping:

  • If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • If the return is due to an issue on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.


Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:

  • Orders that did not arrive due to customer error (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, not being available for delivery, or failing to pick up the package).

  • Orders delayed or not received due to external factors (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or mail system issues).
